Booking terms and conditions – Mercadante Suite. Last updated: October 2025.

1. General information

By making a booking through the official Mercadante Suite website, the guest fully accepts the following terms, conditions and cancellation policies.

2. Rate types

Standard Rate (Code 1)

Room only – 20% deposit
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
From the 13th day or in case of no-show: 100% penalty.

1-Night Rate (Code 3)

Room only – variable deposit
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
From the 13th day or no-show: 100% penalty.

Non-Refundable Rate (Code 0)

Room only – 100% deposit
No refund in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.

3. General conditions

The guest must provide valid personal and payment details.
In case of non-payment or problems with the charge, the booking may be cancelled.
Prices in euros (€), VAT included.
City tourist tax not included, payable on site.
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these conditions.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out on request and for a fee.
If you are unable to use self check-in, or have not completed the online procedure for entering your details and paying the city tourist tax, you must let us know your arrival time in advance, and in any case no later than 19:00.

5. No-show and early departure

In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

6. Personal data

Mercadante Suite processes data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), solely for booking and stay purposes.

7. Jurisdiction

The Court of Milan (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
