Where to Stay Between Corso Buenos Aires and Porta Venezia: The Area at a Glance

Corso Buenos Aires and Porta Venezia are one of the most convenient areas to stay in Milan: central yet lived in by locals, with shops, restaurants and two metro lines. Here is why to choose it and what you will find around.

Tram storico giallo a Milano

Area: Corso Buenos Aires, Lima, Loreto, Porta Venezia, NoLo
Metro: red M1 (Lima, Porta Venezia, Loreto) and green M2 (Loreto)
Ideal for: couples, business trips, anyone arriving by train

Why choose this area

It is a residential and lively area at the same time: by day Corso Buenos Aires is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, in the evening Porta Venezia and NoLo fill up with bars and restaurants. Compared with the historic centre, prices are more affordable and the side streets are quiet.
