What to see
Vintage furniture on the Naviglio, secondhand clothes at the Fiera di Senigallia, mid-century finds in Brera and the big East Market in a former factory: Milan has a flea market almost every weekend. Here’s when they take place, the dates through December 2026 and how to get there from the suite.
When: Naviglio Grande on the last Sunday of the month (10/25, 11/29, 12/20/2026), Senigallia every Saturday, Brera on the third Sunday
Where: Navigli, Brera, via Mecenate, viale Papiniano
Tip: arrive early in the morning and bring cash: not all stalls accept cards
This is Milan’s most famous market: on the last Sunday of the month the Alzaia Naviglio Grande, from viale Gorizia to the via Valenza bridge, fills with stalls of antiques, mid-century pieces, silverware, prints, books, vinyl records and small furniture. Admission is free; it starts around 8:30 and closes around 18:30.
The next 2026 dates, confirmed by the Associazione Naviglio Grande: October 25, November 29 and December 20 (moved up a week from the last Sunday). After the market, stay on the Navigli for an aperitivo: ideas in our guide to the Navigli.
The Fiera di Senigallia (also spelled Sinigaglia) is Milan’s historic flea market, with roots in the nineteenth century. It takes place every Saturday, roughly from 8:00 to 18:00, on the Ripa di Porta Ticinese, between via Paoli and via Barsanti, a few steps from Porta Genova. You’ll find vintage and secondhand clothes, household items, records, books, posters and collectibles. Low prices and plenty of haggling: it’s the right place for bargain hunters.
On the third Sunday of the month (except August), via Fiori Chiari and the nearby streets host the Brera antiques market, roughly from 9:00 to 18:00/19:00: antiques, mid-century pieces, art and crafts in one of the city’s loveliest neighborhoods. Following the third-Sunday rule, the next dates would be October 18, November 15 and December 20, 2026, but we haven’t found an official 2026 calendar: check before you go. Combine your visit with the Pinacoteca and the neighborhood’s alleys using our guide to Brera.
East Market is Milan’s big vintage market, started in 2014 in a former aircraft factory at via Mecenate 88/A. About 300 exhibitors offer vintage clothing, mid-century pieces, sneakers, vinyl, toys and collectibles, plus a food area and DJ sets from the afternoon. It takes place one Sunday a month, usually the second-to-last, from 10:00 to 21:00; the space is covered and heated, so it works in the rain too. Admission is €5, free up to age 12. The October–December 2026 dates have not been published yet: check eastmarketmilano.com, where you can also buy tickets online.
