Tips for saving money and for rainy days

On the first Sunday of the month the city museums (Castello, Novecento, GAM) are free; the big exhibitions at Palazzo Reale and Mudec, however, always require a ticket. All the opportunities are in the guide to free museums in Milan. On Thursday evenings Palazzo Reale and Mudec stay open until 22:30: it’s the time with the shortest lines. If the weather isn’t on your side, pair an exhibition with another indoor idea from the guide to Milan in the rain.

Coming to Milan for an exhibition? Book the suite on this website: you pay 20% less than on the booking portals and you’re 5 minutes from the M1 and M2.

Stay just steps away

Mercadante Suite: two suites at Via Saverio Mercadante 10, a 10-minute walk from Centrale Station. Book on our website and pay 20% less.
