Pumpkin Villages and Pumpkin Patches near Milan 2026

Picking a pumpkin in the field, decorating it and taking it home: in autumn it’s one of families’ favorite outings. Here are the 2026 pumpkin patches and villages reachable in a day from the suite, two inside Milan and the others in Lombardy or just over the border.

Two pumpkin patches inside Milan

ZuccaLand – Oasi Ca’ Granda (Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 428, south Milan). Open Saturday and Sunday from September 26 to November 1, 2026. You choose your arrival slot and can stay until 18:00. The ZuccaPass costs €15 per person with one pumpkin, €38 for 3 people with one pumpkin and €45 for 4 people with two pumpkins. Book online on the Oasi Ca’ Granda website. You can get there by car, with free on-site parking while spaces last, or by tram: the 24 runs along via Ripamonti to Vaiano Valle. Check the route on the ATM app.

Campo di Zucche Milano – Bosco della Luna (Via Cusago 280, Baggio-Muggiano area). Open Saturday and Sunday from September 26 to November 1, 2026, in three two-and-a-half-hour slots: 10:00–12:30, 13:00–15:30 and 16:00–18:30. The child ticket (ages 3–9) with workshop costs €15, the accompanying adult €5. Picking and decorating a pumpkin costs €5 more. There is also a “haunted” maze with small farm animals. Book online; spots are limited. It’s convenient by car. By public transport, take the M1 to Bisceglie and then a short taxi ride.

In the Milan area and Bergamo province

Il Campo di Federica (Via Tonale at the corner of SP 109, Nerviano). The fall festival has been open since September 21, 2026. The Halloween pumpkin with a decorating workshop costs €22, the small ornamental pumpkin €17. Children born in 2024 or later get in free, but without a pumpkin. Tickets are non-refundable and the date can’t be changed. Hours and the 2026 closing date have not been published yet: in 2025 the field stayed open until October 31. You can go by car or take the S5 suburban train from Porta Venezia to Parabiago, plus a short taxi ride.

Tulipania – Pumpkin Patch (Via Marco Biagi 84, Bonate Sopra, BG). Open from September 18 to November 8, 2026, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. On Fridays entries are at 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30; on weekends every hour from 9:30 to 17:30. The visitor ticket costs €4.70 on Fridays and €5.90 on weekends. The “Creative” package with a pumpkin, kit and decorating station costs €9.50 on Fridays and €11.90 on weekends. It’s the easiest patch by train: from Terno d’Isola station, on the Milan–Carnate–Bergamo line, it’s about a 15-minute walk. By car, take the A4 and exit at Capriate.

Toward Pavia, the Lecco area and the Novara area

Villaggio delle Zucche – PuraVida Farm (Via Piemonte, San Martino Siccomario, just outside Pavia). It has 35,000 m² of park, a farm with animals, workshops and paddle boats on the pond. Each weekend has a different theme. According to event listings it opens on weekends from September 19 to November 8, 2026, with tickets from €15 and free entry for children born in 2023 or later. The calendar is not yet shown on the official website. It opens even in the rain, so bring boots. By train, go to Pavia, from Centrale or on the S13 suburban line from Porta Venezia, then continue by taxi.

Il Campo dei Fiori (Località Sala al Barro, Galbiate, LC). It’s open from September 18 to November 1 and closes on Mondays. Book on Eventbrite. 2026 prices and hours are not indicated: in 2025 admission was free with reservation and you only paid for the pumpkins you picked. It takes about an hour from Milan, better by car.

Villaggio delle Zucche (Parco Le Cicogne, Barengo, NO, about an hour from Milan). It has a pumpkin patch, a carving workshop, shows and a pumpkin included for every paying child. Open only on the weekends of October 17–18 and 24–25, 2026. Last entry is at 15:30 and online booking is mandatory. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. It can only be reached by car.

Practical tips

  • Book online. Almost all patches work with time slots, and the weekend before Halloween (October 24–25) and October 31 sell out early.
  • Go in the morning or, where possible, on Friday: there are shorter lines and the best pumpkins are still there.
  • Rubber boots and clothes that can get dirty: after rain the fields turn to mud.
  • Bring a sturdy bag or a small cart: a big pumpkin weighs a lot, especially if you’re going back by train.
  • Read the terms carefully: many tickets are non-refundable, but some allow a date change.

From Mercadante 10: how to plan

From the suite, the two patches inside Milan can be reached in under an hour by public transport. For Tulipania and Pavia, the train is best: Centrale is a 10-minute walk and the Porta Venezia suburban rail station is right nearby. For Galbiate and Barengo you need a car.
